Recently I had the good fortune of an unexpected opportunity to work with Jennifer.  Having been new personally to the concept of life coaching, I was initially a little apprehensive and really didn’t know what to expect.  I jumped right in, however, and I am so glad I did.  Jennifer and I hit it right off from the start and almost immediately I felt very comfortable and at liberty to share my thoughts and perspectives with her.  What I found most valuable from our experience together was Jennifer’s supportive, encouraging and exploratory manner.  Jennifer helped me rediscover my inner voice and identify new, better, more productive and positive ways to listen and talk to myself.  In particular, she helped me see and identify more clearly the warning signs and pitfalls of recurrent negative self-talk.  Through a series of exercises we worked together to develop a set of skills and responses I am now able to use on my own, applicable not only to the normal humdrum of daily life … but also to the broader, deeper personal goals, burdens and motivations we all carry inside.  I am very thankful and appreciative for my time with Jennifer as now I feel much better equipped to listen and speak to myself with more positivity and self-direction.
